Collecting and using your information

Your information comprises:

and is collected by us and stored on our secure web server at Fasthosts.co.uk. It is used by the campaign organiser Christine Melsom and her secretary who both have fully protected PC with up to date firewall and anti virus software.
Your information is collected and retained by us for the following purposes:

to issue campaign newsletters by post
to issue campaign newsletters by email
to issue the occasional 'newsflash' email
to contact you at your request

When you visit our web site our web server stores the IP address of your Internet Service Provider and the date and duration of your visit. This information is used for statistical reporting.

Your information will not be forwarded to any parties outside our group without your consent. We have strict controls that ensure that access to your data is restricted to no more than four people at any one time.
